Ginny took an early interest in the built environment by exploring the constant new home construction in her surrounding inner-city neighborhood. After receiving her B.A. from The George Washington University, she moved to Los Angeles and began working at the Sunset Tower Hotel. The position jumpstarted her passion for the hospitality industry and she decided to go back to school to pursue an Interior Design Degree at FiDM in DTLA. She started her career with Rozalynn Woods Interior Design and gained extensive knowledge of the LA residential design scene. Wanting to expand her focus to hospitality design, she joined Rottet Studio where she completed 7 hotel renovation and new-build projects geographically spanning from California to Texas to Bogota, Colombia. Ginny maintained a residential clientele, during her tenure at the studio, and started her own practice in 2017 which expands to other disciplines including furniture and product design.
UPDATE: Ginny is currently serving as the Vice President of Design Management for Mill Creek Residential, a private multi-billion dollar integrated real estate services company. She is no longer taking private clients and is grateful for the opportunity to have run a successful small business.
